To see what I would see

So much wonder was on display;
An abundance of splendor and beauty.

The magnitude of loveliness I cannot convey.
But what I saw awakened me,

Every face, tree, and blossom seemed to say
"Behold His work and majesty!"

Yes, I saw pain and dismay
But I also saw what could be.
Travelling as the Lord reveals the way.
Hope, potential, and promise in vast array
Made me focus on such possibility.
